We started on Instagram and have a built a wonderful following and client base. We now want to reach more of you and become more easily accessible to you all!

How long does delivery take?
We can despatch your items the same day as long the order is placed before 3pm. After despatch all UK orders will take 3-5 days to arrive.
International orders can take up to 10 days.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will fall in love with our bags but if there are any problems or issues please drop us a message using the enquiry form and we are more than happy to assist.
Do you offer customisation of bags?
We can help with customisation however this will involve a lead time of approximately 4 weeks but varies depending on the customisation requested.
